Appointment Policy

Appointments are required for all services. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Clients will receive confirmation reminders before their scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. Late arrivals may also result in shortened service time to avoid delays for other clients.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may:

  • Be charged the full service amount

  • Lose future booking privileges

  • Be required to pay a deposit before scheduling future appointments

Deposit Policy

Certain services, including bridal appointments or extended beauty services, may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits:

  • Are applied toward your final balance

  • May be non-refundable if cancellation policies are violated

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing salon environment, we kindly ask that only scheduled clients attend appointments unless otherwise approved.
